
Dilled Zucchini recipe - 106 calories
Ingredients:
6 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
3 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1/2 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
Preparation:
1. Cook and stir zucchini, garlic and onion in oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes (until the zucchini is light brown).
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper; remove from the heat.
3. Mix the sour cream (or yogurt) and dill; stir into the zucchini mixture.
4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
