
Black Bean Dip recipe - 132 calories
Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2ounce) can black beans (drained)
1 (4ounce) jar Goya pimento peppers (chopped)
5 scallions (chopped)
1 (15 1/2ounce) can Goya black bean soup
1 lime (squeezed)
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
1. Chop the Goya pimiento peppers and scallions.
2. Add the drained black beans, black bean soup, and spices.
3. Squeeze lime juice over the dip; stir to combine all the ingredients.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
