Ingredients:
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut in 1 inch pieces
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried tarragon

salt, to taste

Preparation:
