Strawberry Sorbet recipe – 200 calories
Ingredients:
4 cups strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
3 drops lemon juice or kirsch (optional)
Preparation:
1. Rinse, dry and hull the strawberries.
2. Puree the strawberries with the water and sugar.
3. Taste and adjust the flavor with a few drops of lemon or kirsch if needed.
4. Using an ice cream maker, freeze according to the instructions.
