Fruit smoothies are the best. I think this one is lower in calories than the few I’ve made before. Much easier too since it’s only ingredients.

I could see the yummy-ness. Yup, that is so good it could last you the whole day. Nah, maybe half a day. I just hope the strawberries are not genetically engineered.
I guess, you could spot ge’eed fruits. Like strawberries, if you see them like practically all of the same size, almost perfect, shinny and red; I would suspect.
So I’d prefer, strawberries grown in Baguio or somewhere thereabouts and personally picked by me.
But that is just a dream at this point in my life:-)
Cheers!
PS
Zero sugar is perfect:-)

I live in the Caribbean so I have to rely on frozen strawberries. I have now become addicted to them. I mix a cup of skim milk, about 6 strawberries, a banana, two small packs of Splenda and some ice cubes. Yum!!!!! I also add a handful of dry oats. It does not sound attractive but it actually does not change the taste and is VERY good for you. Smoo.thies rock!!!! Great dinner or breakfast and very filling
