Good recipe! Here’s one I use myself on a regular basis which is ideal for a bit of cleansing.
I have no idea what the nutritional values are but it tastes great!

Thank you for posting a new juicer recipe to try. Unfortunately the taste was really not appealing to me. The parsley and the garlic tastes were too strong.

I live in the Philippines and I have been drinking the 5-Green Juice daily for over 4 years now.
2 stalks celery (12 inch-stalks)
1/2 green apple
1/2 bell pepper
1 small cucumber (about 8 inches)
1/2 bitter melon (6 inches)
I heard juicing fresh vegetables is better than juicing fresh fruits because fruits have a naturally higher sugar content. I read that the nutritional value of juiced vegetable is equal to that of the actual vegetable minus the fiber so the experts are saying that while you like juicing, you should also eat vegetables for their fiber content.
