Spicy Vinegared Cucumbers recipe – 4 calories
Ingredients:
1-2 medium cucumber
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 cup water
Preparation:
1. Slice the cucumbers lengthwise into quarters (seed if desired).
2. Chop them into chunks.
3. Place them in a shallow bowl with lid.
4. Mix together the rest of the ingredients.
5. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers (make sure all the cucumbers are covered).
6. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
