Radish and Cilantro Relish recipe – 57 calories
Ingredients:
2 cups radish, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
