Quick Muesli recipe – 199 calories
Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup coarsely grated pears
1/2 cup coarsely grated apples
1/4 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped almonds
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Stir together the yogurt, oatmeal and oat bran; cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
2. Add the grated apples and pears, raisins, almonds, honey and spices to the oatmeal mixture; mix well and serve.
