Pineapple Celery Punch recipe – 81 calories
Ingredients:
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into cubes
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, firmly packed
Preparation:
1. In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the solids after pressing hard on them.
3. Serve over ice.

I love that recipe, it´s so delicious! Everyone who likes pineapples should really try it. It tastes great and very smoothie. For me it is the perfect summer drink and also perfect to dream of summer on a cold and cloudy winter´s day. I imagine it would taste even better with a little bit of coconut milk.
