Ingredients:
1 medium firm banana, quartered
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup buttermilk
1/8 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
Preparation:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients.
2. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
