Peas with Mushrooms recipe – 93 calories
Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10ounce) package frozen green peas, cooked
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 tablespoon butter
1 dash nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
Preparation:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, saute the onions and mushrooms in butter for about 3-5 minutes.
2. Add nutmeg, marjoram, salt and pepper; mix well.
3. Add the peas and heat through.
