Onion Garlic Bread recipe – 140 calories
Ingredients:
1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
Preparation:
1. Combine the butter, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley flakes. Mix well.
2. Spread the butter mixture on bread slices.
3. Lightly sprinkle on grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Broil the bread for about 2-3 minutes (or until golden brown).
