Monster Cookies recipe – 91 calories
Ingredients:
4 ounces M&Ms chocolate candy
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine, softened
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
3 eggs
1 teaspoon light Karo syrup (or pancake syrup)
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
1. Mix the sugars with the margarine and the eggs.
2. Add the vanilla, peanut butter and light syrup.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add the M&Ms at the end.
4. Drop by teaspoonful on a lightly greased cookie sheet (you can use PAM cooking spray).
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes.

Under bake the cookies a little (bake only 10-12 min)and let them finish baking on the hot pan. I did that and I was left with soft chewey cookies, they are awesome! Make sure that you have a strong mixer as the cookie batter is very dense. Enjoy!

How do you get 84 cookies out of this recipe? when I do it and drop by 2 tsp scoop, I get 40.
