Mango Sorbet recipe – 110 calories
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups chopped ripe mangoes
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
grated lime rind
lime rind, curls
Preparation:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, honey and orange juice, and process until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
3. To serve, spoon into individual dessert dishes, and garnish with lime curls and lime rind (if desired).
