This cake is delicious, especially served while it’s still warm. It’s wonderful topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

This apple cake recipe is made with sliced apples and is flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg. Baked with a butter brown sugar and flour mix, the apple cake is good when served warm with cool whip.

Came out really fantastic. Seemed to be running a little on the dry side so I added a quarter cup of water. Perfect blend between the tartness of the apple and the contrast of the cake. I will be making this one again and again.
