Golden Brownies recipe – 125 calories
Ingredients:
6 ounces Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 cups unsifted flour
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
3. In large bowl, combine butter, white and brown sugar, and vanilla; beat until creamy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing well.
6. Stir in morsels; spread evenly into well greased 15×10″ pan.
7. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30-35 minutes.
8. Cool, cut into 2″ squares and serve!
