Four Fruit Salad recipe – 60 calories
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1-2 medium firm bananas, sliced
2 cups green grapes, halved
1 small cantaloupe, cut into chunks
1/3 cup orange juice
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the fruit.
2. Pour the juice over the fruit and toss to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours. Stir just before serving.
