Egg-Fried Bread recipe – 193 calories
Ingredients:
4 white bread slices, cut in half
4 eggs
1 ounce butter
1 tablespoon milk
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl.
2. Soak the bread into the eggs and milk mixture.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
4. Fry the saturated bread until it turns golden brown on each side.
5. Serve hot.

This looks scrumptious. Used to love fried bread in England even though it was so unhealthy.. they don’t have it here in Australia but now I can make this version at home 🙂
