This is a delicious and refreshing homemade slush that I love to drink every time I have a cold (it’s really soothing for my sore throat). It’s fruity and full of Vitamin C, and extremely easy to prepare (ready in less than 5 minutes).

Many fruits are usually high in fiber, water, vitamin C and sugars. Fruits also contain a variety of phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals. We wonβt get into the specifics here, but they are very essential to health and vitality. Drinking fruit smoothies can be a terrific and fun way for you and your family to get these nutrients into your body. Not to mention, if you substitute a meal with a smoothie, and the smoothie is combined correctly, it can be an extremely nutritious meal, with few calories in relationship to the average meal. The best way to get this result is from a highly regarded nutritionist who runs a busy nutritional practice.
