Easy Fudgy Cookies recipe – 110 calories
Ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate
2 eggs
30 g butter
1 egg yolk
170 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation:
1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.
2. Mix the eggs, egg yolk and sugar using an electric mixer.
3. Add the chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture.
4. Blend the flour and baking powder, and add it to the mixture bowl to complete the dough.
5. Freeze for about 2 hours.
6. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees Celsius).
7. Remove the dough from the freezer and roll it into little balls.
8. Roll in the powdered sugar and bake on a cookie sheet for about 7 minutes (the cookies should remain a little soft in the center).
