Deviled Eggs recipe – 62 calories
Ingredients:
12 extra large eggs (hard boiled, cooled and peeled)
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2-3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8-1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
paprika, for garnish
Preparation:
1. Slice the eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
2. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and the whites on a platter.
3. Mash the egg yolks with a fork or potato masher.
4. Mash in the mustard, mayo, relish, dill weed, salt and pepper.
5. Pipe/spoon this filling into the yolk cavities of the egg whites.
6. Lightly sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
