Deviled Eggs recipe – 135 calories
Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and halved)
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 celery rib, finely chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons garlic powder
paprika
Preparation:
1. Place the egg yolks into a mixing bowl; mash with a fork or potato masher.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, sweet pickle relish, horseradish and garlic powder with the egg yolks, and mix well.
3. Spoon or pipe with pastry bag into the hollowed egg halves.
4. Sprinkle each with paprika for color/garnish.
