Cranberry Vanilla Chip Oatmeal Cookies recipe – 153 calories
Ingredients:
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2 cups instant oats
2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
2 cups light brown sugar
1/3 cup vanilla chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar.
3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla; gradually add the oats.
4. Combine hte flour and baking soda and gradually mix into the batter (the dough may become so thick, you’ll have to work it with your hands).
5. Mix in the dried cranberries and vanilla chips.
6. Drop by tablespoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets; bake for about 12-14 minutes.
