Chocolate Milk Mix No-Bake Cookies recipe – 125 calories
Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered chocolate milk mix
1/2 cup milk
3 cups rolled oat
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, milk and salt over medium heat.
2. Bring to a boil, then boil for about 1 minute.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate milk mix, oats, peanut butter and vanilla extract.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
5. Let stand until completely cool, then serve.
