Chocolate Brownies recipe – 134 calories
Ingredients:
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
3/4 cup butter
1 cup flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
1. In a microwaveable glass bowl, microwave the chocolate until melted.
2. Stir in all the other ingredients.
3. Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
4. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 30 minutes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean – don’t overbake!).

Ingredients
* 1 cup Butter, Softened
* 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
* 1 cup Sugar
* 3 cups Quick Rolled Oats
* 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
* 1 1/2 cups Chopped Peanuts (granulated)
* 2 Eggs
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extracts
* 1 1/2 cups Plain Flour
* 175 grams Chocolate bits
Instructions
Pre-Heat over (180 degrees)
Cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl, Add eggs and vanilla (beat until fluffy)
Mix flour and baking soda in a seperate bowl, Add oats and toss to coat flour miture.
Add first mixture a cup at a time until mixed together, then add peanuts and chocolate bits.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking tray and cook for 10-12 mins or until golden brown.

* 200 grams Unsalted butter, chopped
* 200 grams Dark chocolate, broken into pieces
* 1 cup Brown sugar
* 3 Eggs, lightly beater
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
* 3/4 cup Gluten-free plain flour
* 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 190c. Line a 5cm deep, 18cm(base) square cake pan with non-stick paper.
Heat butter, chocolate and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Transfer to heatproof bowl. Set aside to cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla to chocolate mixture. Mix well. Sift flour and cocoa over chocolate mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour brownie mixture into pand and bake for 20mins or until just set. Set aside to cook. Once cooled, lift out and cut into pieces. Serve with a sprinkling of cocoa if desired.
