Chickpea and Olive Appetizer recipe – 172 calories
Ingredients:
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup scallion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt, to taste
Preparation:
1. Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas.
2. Combine the chickpeas with all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
