Bulgarian Ground Meat Sandwiches recipe – 177 calories
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or pork
10 slices bread
1 onion, chopped
1 large egg
1 tablespoon dried thyme or oregano or savory
ground coriander
ground cumin
ground ginger
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well (the mixture should be soft enough to spread – if it’s not, add an extra egg).
2. Spread the mixture over the bread slices and place in an oven at medium to high heat.
3. Bake for about 5-10 minutes (or until the meat is golden and cooked through).
Servings: 10 sandwiches

hey try this pork recipe
Ingredients
* 1/3 cup plum jam
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 4 pork loin chops
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
Instructions
Combine plum jam, soy sauce, honey, and crushed garlic in a bowl
Put a teaspoon of oil in a baking dish.
Add the pork chops then put the mixture on top of the chops.
Cook in a moderate oven for approx 35mins or until chops are cooked.

Hmmmm sandwiches!
They are both appealing to the eyes as well as our taste buds! With all the colors and flavor combined in a sandwich, it is simply irresistible!
We also need to take note the amount of calories that we intake whenever we indulge our craving such as sandwiches so that we will be reminded to eat in moderation.
