Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 dash salt
Preparation:
1. Combine the milk with the rolled oats; let stand.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients.
3. Add the melted butter and egg.
4. Add the oat mixture, stirring until moist.
5. Fold in the blueberries.
6. Fill greased muffin tins with the mixture 3/4 full.
7. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 15-22 minutes.
