Black-Eyed Peas Dip recipe – 107 calories
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked black-eyed peas
1/3 cup chopped bell peppers
1 (16ounce) can white hominy
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
1. Mix the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in large bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Refrigerate for about 4-8 hours.
4. Serve with your favorite dipping chips.
