Banana Oat Bran Muffins recipe – 106 calories
Ingredients:
1 cup mashed bananas
2 1/4 cups oat bran
2 egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
2. Spray the muffin cups with cooking spray.
3. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
4. In another bowl, mix the banana, egg white, milk and oil together, until they are well combined.
5. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, and mix until well combined; then add the raisins and combine.
6. Put them into the muffin tins.
7. Bake the muffins for about 18-25 minutes (or until golden).

Very nice recipe but I prefer about double the qauntity of Nutmeg and Cinnamon.
