Many fruits are usually high in fiber, water, vitamin C and sugars. Fruits also contain a variety of phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals. We won’t get into the specifics here, but they are very essential to health and vitality. Drinking fruit smoothies can be a terrific and fun way for you and your family to get these nutrients into your body. Not to mention, if you substitute a meal with a smoothie, and the smoothie is combined correctly, it can be an extremely nutritious meal, with few calories in relationship to the average meal. The best way to get this result is from a highly regarded nutritionist who runs a busy nutritional practice. Natalie Savona is just that. Natalie answers the question: Are smoothies healthy?

Awww, man! This looks far too good.. Seems very simple to make and still incredibly tasty.
So, whats for dessert?

no way that is 143 calories.. 1 cup of flour is 500 calories by itself

143 calories? These ingredients total 1096 calories for the entire recipe (according to myfitnesspal) The recipe does not state how many pancakes this makes, and it does not state how many pancakes are one serving.
This recipe is not very low in calories.

If you look closely, you’ll notice that this recipe is only one serving (one pancake), so you’re right about the calories.
