Never seen a tasty chicken meal like this with just three ingredients. This recipe is indeed a minimlist meal for busy people or beginners. I like fast meals because of my career factors and have a similar recipe but with 6 ingredients (as you will expect of a Mediterranean tradtional food) and chopped garlic (not powder) but I make that only on ocassions. For all other times, meals such as this quick chicken recipe are my choice.

I agree Confused. I do not agree with the calorie count.
Perhaps if it was skinless.

Hi there,
This chicken recipe looks really good and on top of it, healthy as well. I don’t think anyone can ask for more with those two combinations!
I can’t believe that it is only 200 calories as well. I love the soy sauce and garlic powder ingredients. Goes so well with chicken.
Thanks for this recipe and I will be sure to visit your blog often.
Take care

[...] last night. It turned out to be pretty delicious and healthy! I took the recipe found here at the Diet Recipes Blog, and adjusted it to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts [...]
I made this recipe a couple days ago. I substituted boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of the thighs, and dropped the cooking time by about 20 minutes.
Pretty delicious. Although sodium is ridiculously high in soy sauce – be careful!
For those wondering about the calories and fat, the skin on chicken is where the bulk of the calories come from.
