Easy Banana Muffins recipe – 170 calories
Ingredients:
3 large bananas
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 egg
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
chocolate chips (optional)
nuts (optional)
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mash the bananas; add the slightly beaten egg and the sugar.
3. Stir in the melted butter.
4. Stir in the dry ingredients.
5. Spoon the mixture into paper muffin cups and place them in a medium-sized muffin pan.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes.

WOW~looks tasty,i love banana muffin. The best banana muffin i ever have is at a restaurant called KENNY ROGER ROASTER in Malaysia.Dont know whether is it having at others country?

These are delicious. I am on the Weight Watcher’s program and was looking for something different for breakfast. Even my 5 year old grandson loves them.

Delicious! I made them today and added 1/2 cup of oats with 1/2 of choc. chips and they turned out very good. What I liked was that it was not a greasy muffin.

I am going to try these but it seems the fat content is awful high. Low in calories but fairly high in fat. Will let you know.

These are so moist and healthy! I used flaxseed meal instead of the butter and used less sugar. My husband who is picky even likes them.

These where simply delicous. They came out nice and warm and where quite soft. I definintly would recommend this recipe!

An added important aspect is that if you are a senior, travel insurance pertaining to pensioners is something you should really contemplate. The more aged you are, the harder at risk you’re for getting something awful happen to you while in most foreign countries.
