
Vietnamese Meatballs recipe - 85 calories
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cloves garlic
1 egg white
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, until well blended.
2. Make 20 1″ meatballs.
3. Put the meatballs on wooden skewers (about 4 per skewer).
4. Broil (or grill) the meatballs until thoroughly cooked.

Serving size must be wrong. Perhaps 85 cal per meatball? 1.5 lbs of ground beef is 1445 cal alone.

I work with La Cense Beef, they are an all natural grass fed beef company. For those concerned about eating all natural and organic products, there organic beef would be perfect in this recipe.

So, how many meatballs for ONE serving? How many meatballs is the 85 calories? That is not clear.
