Ingredients:
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/3 cup flaked coconut
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1/3 cup coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
1 cup water
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation:
1. Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer (adding coconut and peanuts with the flour).
2. Recommended cycle for the bread machine: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
