Bacon-Wrapped Dates recipe – 45 calories
1 (10 ounce) package pitted dates
1/2 lb bacon, sliced into quarters
1. Microwave the bacon for about 2 minutes (until partially cooked, but not browned).
2. Wrap each date with a strip of bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick.
3. Broil on low for about 3 minutes, turn the dates, and continue broiling for 3 to 4 minutes longer (or until browned).
4. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
