Coconut Almond Fondant Candy recipe – 60 calories
Ingredients:
1 lb toasted coconut
1 lb toasted sliced almonds
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup soft unsalted butter
2 lbs confectioners’ sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Mix the butter and sugar.
2. Add the milk and vanilla.
3. Mix in the coconut and almonds.
4. Shape into 1-inch balls and dip in the melted chocolate chips.
Servings: 200 candies
