
Cornmeal Pancakes recipe - 84 calories
Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups cornmeal
1/3 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/8 cups low fat buttermilk
cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
1. Mix together the cornmeal, flour and baking soda.
2. Add the egg, buttermilk, vanilla and cinnamon (optional); stir until just mixed.
3. Pour by 1/4 cup into a hot pan.
4. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear, flip.
